Honeywell 's Cn114.3-seriesquantometers are very safe gas measuring instruments due to the wide range of flow rates and for the different needs of companies. Quantimeters QA and QAe work on the turbine principle.
The rotation of the impeller is proportional to the volume of gas flowing and is recorded (Vb/m) using a mechanical (QA) or electronic (QAe) numerator . The self-lubricating bearings ensure perfect functioning of the maintenance-free quantometer. The tested measuring principle combined with the high quality of the materials used ensure compliance with the highest industrial requirements. In manufacturing and heating processes, quantometers enable precise energy control and optimization. The QAquantometers are equipped with a 7-position mechanical numerator which records the quantity of gas Vb in m3/h. QAe Quantimeters are equipped with an electronic numerator.
In addition to the recording of the total volume (mc/h) the QAe allows the visualization of the instantaneous flow rate (Qb/mc/h) and of the volume at a set date. The user can therefore easily calculate the production costs.
Installation:
The Quantometers are extremely easy to install as they can be mounted in any position (horizontal, vertical). The direction of flow is indicated on the meter body with an arrow.
