For all applications that require precise temperature control and consistent product quality. The BIC..L burner is perfectly designed for use in tunnel kilns and intermittent systems used in the ceramic industry. A single type of burner allows you to follow all the requirements of the oven temperature profile. Thanks to the high excess air capacity of up to approx. 1500% high flue gas temperatures up to approx. 100 °C can be achieved in nearly stoichiometric burner operation with maximum excess air. With reliable ignition over the entire burner output range, this allows the kiln operator to have simple structured gas/air control.
