Honeywell Q series quantum meters work on the turbine principle. They are very safe and reliable gas measuring instruments due to the wide range of flow rates and the different needs of companies.
The rotation of the impeller is proportional to the volume of gas flowed and is recorded (Vb/m) using a mechanical numerator. The self-lubricating bearings ensure perfect maintenance-free operation of the Quantometer. The tested measurement principle combined with the high quality of the materials used ensure compliance with the highest industrial needs. Particularly suitable for production processes, Q quantum meters allow precise control and optimization of energy. These meters are equipped with a 7-position mechanical numerator which records the quantity of gas Vb in m3/h.
Installation:
The quantum meters are extremely easy to install as they can be mounted in any position (horizontal, vertical). The flow direction is indicated on the meter body with an arrow.
