It is a device that allows you to check the tightness of the automatic sectioning valves before starting a gas burner. It must be used in combination with valves compliant with the EN 161 standard and one or two pressure detection devices compliant with the EN 1854 standard. The device can be used on gas burner systems for industrial or heating use, with or without supply pipes. deaeration for outdoor discharge.

USE: The EN 1643 standard (product reference standard) prescribes the use of valve tightness control for powers greater than 1200kW. Exhaust in the combustion chamber cannot be carried out if the volume of gas released exceeds 0.05% of the nominal flow rate. (E.g. for a nominal flow rate of 150 m3/h the permitted volume is 0.075 m3). If used as an alternative for pre- or post-purging, the discharge of gas into the combustion chamber may not be permitted. The gas must be released outside in a safe place.
